Spring has finally arrived in North London. The birds are singing, daffodils blooming and there have been one or two sunny days.

I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the posts and photographs, followed the site, cooked, read and commented on the recipes. To date there have been over one hundred posts, thousands of views from around the world, and 64 people signed up as email and WordPress followers. Your participation in this Covid project is much valued.

It is nearly a year since I began to write and I can see that the recipes have moved from family favourites to the more experimental. Please send me any of your own experiments, along with photos of spring flowers and garden vegetable plots.
